The rule of thumb is to keep it classy, elegant and comfortable. Throw on your simple skinny jeans, a jacket or trench and shoes that are comfortable enough to walk a mile in. Sunglasses are a must!

Nothing screams french more than a boucle jacket, which is Chanel’s signature look. The jacket I have on is an old one from W by Worth, but I found two similar black boucle fringe jackets in the shop post. This one in cream is beautiful too.

I love these block heel pumps that give just a hint of leopard to my look.

Parisian women also love scarfs and bright red lipstick and can usually be found walking their dogs through the streets of Paris. My little Harper wouldn’t cooperate so she missed her photo op!
