Father’s Day is only 11 days away and I wanted to share my 2019 gift guide with items that any dad, husband or grandfather would love! I’ve rounded up everything from clothing to the latest gadgets, sure to make him feel extra special. I hope this guide will help you honor that special man in your life because he certainly deserves a little pampering on Father’s Day.
BEST FATHER’S DAY GIFTS:
FOR THE BBQ GRILLER:
Grilling supplies always make great Father’s Day gifts. Williams Sonoma has a great selection of cooking gifts for dads, with many items 20% off for a limited time. This set of grill tools has been a favorite in our home for years, along with these grill prep sheets and this grill cleaner. A blue tooth meat thermometer and this electric fire starter would also make handy gifts. A new meat carving board and grilling apron…both monogrammed of course, would be very special gifts! Use Code: LOVEDAD at Mark & Graham for 20% off.
FOR THE TRAVELER:
I love this personalized world traveler map. This would be such a fun gift to give any man and it can be personalized to show family vacations. My boys would have LOVED giving this to Don when they were younger. Tumi makes great travel products and this travel backpack is sharp as is this hanging travel kit. A new set of luggage is always nice and this 2 x 1 garment bag is a Mark & Graham best seller! The most important item whenever we travel by air are these noise canceling headphones.
FOR THE OUTDOORSMAN:
The essential survivor kit is about the most clever gift I have seen in a long time! Upgrade his old outdoor chair to a new comfy, foldable chair and perhaps he might also love this floating beer cooler! A waterproof, airtight Yeti duffle bag would also be a hit. If you have a bicyclist, how about this portable wireless bike speaker that is splash-proof, shock-proof and dust-proof. Lastly, this monogrammed corn hole set would be so fun for the backyard or lake house.
FOR THE GADGET LOVER:
Everything he loves about the Amazon Alexa can now be in the car with the Garmin Speak. This will sure take road tripping to a whole new level! My husband’s all time favorite gadget is his Fitbit Activity Tracker. This has been a workout game changer and makes such a fantastic gift. For those husbands that are thermostat sticklers, I recently heard about the Nest Learning Thermostat. My dad would have LOVED having this when we were growing up. The charging cord bracelet is another unique gadget that would come in handy for the tech lover. The most popular watch on the market right now is this one by Garmin. but this Gucci watch is also gorgeous and its almost half the suggested retail price! If he loves to golf, this Garmin Range Finder is suppose to be the best. I like the sleek design of this wireless charging dock and so would he.
FOR THE WELL GROOMED MAN:
My husband’s (and mine) favorite cologne is Creed Aventus. It is a splurge, but it is the only cologne he will ever need to wear. A new sonicare toothbrush, a waterpik water flosser, and an electric shaver would all make great gifts.
FOR THE WELL DRESSED MAN:
A new dress shirt is always a nice gift. I like Mizzen + Main dress shirts because they offer just enough stretch in their material. This pink/blue one, this blue check one and this light light blue one are all really nice. I’m loving this red and blue gilet perfect for SMU or Ole Miss football games. These plaid shorts are super sharp and this water repellent jacket would be a great travel piece. I always grab a new swimsuit for Don for father’s day and a pair or two of his all time favorite briefs by tommy john. A new pair of Ray-Ban aviator sunglasses would also make a lovely gift for any dad as would a pair of monogrammed cufflinks.
FOR THE MAN WHO HAS EVERYTHING:
Books always make lovely gifts and the Gentleman’s Guide To Cocktails sure looks interesting as does Cut In Half and Portraits of Courage. A personalized hometown map puzzle is quite clever and who wouldn’t love a box of Sugarfina flavored with Tito’s Vodka?!?
While all these gifts are sure to make him happy, what I suspect will make him the happiest of all is time spent with those he loves and small gestures of appreciation. Telling our dads, husbands and grandfathers just how much they are loved and showing them through kind gestures and gratitude is sure to make his father’s day the very best day ever! Breakfast in bed wouldn’t hurt either!
