With Halloween only a few weeks away, I thought it would be fun to highlight the whimsically adorable Mackenzie Childs Halloween collection. No tricks – these playful patterns are treats that add colorful charm and smiles to your home decor.
Halloween will be a little different this year with little or no trick or treaters so I think it is especially important to make your house as fun and festive as you can.

I like to add a fun statement piece to my holiday decor each season (much like my fashion game). MacKenzie-Childs sure makes it easy to set a Halloween scene full of fun and whimsy! It doesn’t take much, because these gorgeous pieces by MacKenzie Childs are eye-catching and incorporate well with items you probably already own. MC’s Halloween collection includes everything from black cats, owls, witches, pumpkins and jack-o-lanterns in adorable patterns like their signature courtly and harlequin check as well as florals and polka dots.
Some of my favorite pieces are the flower market pumpkins, harlequin pumpkins, this playful doormat, these beautiful Golden Hour placemats and table runner, the steppin’ out vase, this harvest wreath, and my most favorite of all…the Courtly Check Cauldron which now comes in the new Flower Market Edition as well. Of course, I’m also obsessed with the spooky Black Cat because you know I’m a crazy cat lady!

I’m completely obsessed with this multi-use Courtly Check Cauldron! How precious are the bright orange witch’s feet with the spider on the tip? The cauldron is large enough to fill with your favorite fresh autumn flowers (use a liner) as well as wrapped candy to welcome all those goblins on Halloween night.
I scattered a few white pumpkins on each side (from Trader Joe’s) and as well as two glass amber pumpkins I already own. I found very similar ones at Wayfair. Be sure and add foliage from your yard to your flower arrangements. Japanese Maple is stunning this time of year and drapes beautifully in any arrangement.
